Anderson Valley Unified Home

About Us

Welcome to our school! We believe that parent/guardian participation is key to student success; our new website is designed to provide parents with all the information they need to be active participants in their student’s education. You will find that the site works just as well on mobile devices as it does on a desktop so you can find information on the go.

Superintendent’s Message

Welcome to the Anderson Valley Unified School District, the proud home of the Panthers. Anderson Valley welcomes students from preschool through 12th grade and beyond in a two campus system nestled in the heart of one of the most beautiful valleys in Mendocino County.

Our district features small classes and committed families and staff partnering to create educational opportunities for our students.  The local Anderson Valley Education Foundation is an integral part of our students' experience providing funding for incredible internships, travel, and field trip events and $300,000 in LOCAL scholarships shared by a senior graduating class of 20-40 students.  That doesn't happen in other places...  Join us and see all that your student can be...We welcome transfers.

A $13 million dollar bond was recently passed and construction plans are currently in review with construction expected to occur in phases in Fall 2023 and Summer 2024.

We look forward to serving you!
