I grew up in Ukiah, graduated from Ukiah High School, and then attended several colleges including the University of Oregon, Humboldt State University, and National University of San Diego where I eventually received my Masters in the area of school psychology. I now live in Ukiah and come to Anderson Valley twice a week to work in the schools. Aside from being a school psychologist, I have worked as a counselor for a non-profit organization in San Diego, worked as an Americorps volunteer in Boulder Colorado, been a preschool teacher, and worked as a substitude teacher in Ukiah.
As a school psychologist, I provide counseling to students K-12, do various testing for special education, as well as work with teachers, administrators, and parents on various student issues. I can be found either at the high school or the elementary school on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
