Beth was born in Pasadena, CA. She moved from the Los Angeles area to Fort Bragg, CA while in the 7th grade. She graduated from Fort Bragg High School in 1979. Beth attended Fresno State University and earned a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Science. After graduating she continued her education and earned a teaching credential in Agriculture Education.
Beth began working at Anderson Valley High School in 1989. Beth is head of the Agriculture department and manages the school’s 7-acre farm. She is also the FFA advisor. Beth works with her students to help them gain success in school as well as prepare for their future. A wide variety of classes are taught in the agriculture department including horticulture floral design, agriculture science, animal science, and junior high agriculture.
When Beth has spare time she enjoys coaching volleyball, knitting, and raising Boer goats.
